Bringing Tissue Together.

Tissuelock is the world's first internal tissue plane device for head-to-toe surgery to bring tissue planes together, reducing surgical dead space and the need for drains or progressive tension sutures.

Avoidable Provider Spend $3.3B Healthcare system burden from surgical wound closure complications, including seroma, hematoma, and infection.

Surgery creates dead space between tissue layers: skin, fat, and fascia. We made a device that closes the gaps.

Today, dead space is managed with drains and progressive tension sutures. Both cost patient comfort, operative time, and follow-up care, causing a 10% surgical complication rate.

Revolutionizing Soft Tissue Repair

Tissuelock reduces surgical dead space, which minimizes the need for drains and progressive tension sutures.

Tissuelock technology is designed to reduce swelling, minimize fluid accumulation, and improve patient recovery.

Tissuelock Technology

A complete dead space solution.

For plastic and reconstructive surgery and beyond.

Engineered to Reduce Dead Space Tissuelock solves for head‑to‑toe surgical closure

Seroma, hematoma, and infection are common complications following large soft tissue surgery, occurring in 20-30% of cases. Incisional and excisional wound failure occur in 8-13% of procedures, further prolonging recovery. Dead space is the underlying determinant, nine times out of ten.

Tissuelock is a first-in-class device designed to close dead space between internal tissue planes, improving surgical outcomes.

Closes Dead Space

Brings tissue layers together and prevents fluid accumulation

No Drains or Tissue Damage

Reduces the need for drains and specialized sutures

Promotes Natural Healing

Supports tissue integration and cell ingrowth as part of the natural healing process

The Current Standard of Care Requires Change

Drains are simply a workaround, not a solution.

Following large soft tissue repair and reconstructive procedures, patients go home with painful drains and a log book.

Surgeons accept the burden because the alternative, fluid collecting, in an open plane is worse.

Yet, it still happens: patients recover more poorly, and surgeons spend more time on follow-up care.

We discovered the upstream solution: reduce the dead space.
